Pressure is the pressure generated when the oil filter is working and the oil pump is blocked when discharging oil.
Whether it is a vacuum oil filter, an ordinary closed oil filter or a centrifugal oil filter, pressure will be generated during the production process. Generally, the normal working pressure of the oil filter does not exceed 0.6MPa. Of course, if the customer has special pressure requirements, the equipment must also be specially made. At the same time, the strength of the filter element and pipeline related configuration must be increased. Generally speaking, the greater the pressure strength of the oil filter pump, the better the sealing, and the corresponding head.
Below, we list some solutions for the common insufficient pressure of the oil filter in daily production for your reference:
1. When starting the oil filter, be careful not to reset the oil pump, otherwise it will cause the oil pump shaft seal to blow out and inhale air.
2. During the use of the oil filter, the oil pump may inhale air, affecting the oil pump flow. In order to achieve the rated flow of the oil filter and ensure the normal operation of the fine filter element, check whether the oil filter pipe is plugged in in time.
3. After the oil filter has been used for some time, if the oil suction is not smooth for some time due to serious blockage of the filter surface (insufficient oil intake), causing excessive noise from the oil pump, the oil inlet filter element should be removed or replaced in time.
4. After the fine filter element has been used for a period of time, it is easy to be gradually blocked by the pond, causing the filter cartridge pressure to increase. When the pressure gauge value reaches 0.4MPa, the fine filter element needs to be replaced in time.
5. To ensure the oil filtering effect, the oil suction and oil outlet tops used should be kept clean at all times.
6. If the oil filter vehicle cannot be filled with oil, please check and identify:
a. Whether the oil pump steering is correct;
b. Whether the sealing of each component between the oil tank and the oil suction port is reliable, whether the oil suction port has left the oil surface or the oil has been sucked out or the oil inlet pipe sucks the barrel wall;
c. Whether the coarse filter element is seriously blocked.
d. Whether the oil pump shaft seal is damaged.
7. If the outflow of the oil filter truck is significantly reduced, please check and determine:
a. Whether the coarse and fine filter elements are seriously blocked;
b. Whether the oil pump shaft oil seal is worn or caused by long-term consumption and exhaust.
8. If the filter pressure drops suddenly, please check whether the fine filter element is punctured and damaged
