Transformer oil filter is a device for purifying unqualified electrical insulating oil in power plants, power stations, power companies, metallurgy, petrochemical, railways and other industrial and mining enterprises. It often appears in major power bidding or procurement lists. However, when purchasing transformer oil filter, due to different working environments and production conditions, the corresponding transformer oil filter selected will also be very different in terms of function, flow and other technical conditions.
Therefore, all friends in the purchasing and supply departments of power companies or power plants and power stations are reminded that if you want to buy an excellent and cost-effective transformer oil filter for your unit, pay attention to the following points:
1. For simple filtration of impurities, it is mainly divided into filter element oil filter and pressure plate frame oil filter. The former has high precision and convenient replacement of consumables, while the latter has a large filtration area and low consumables cost.
2. For harmful components in oil such as moisture, gas and impurities in transformer oil, improve the performance of daily transformer oil before and after use, play the function of daily maintenance and use, control the moisture, particle size and gas content in the oil, and want to extend the service life of oil-using equipment, mainly choose common vacuum oil filters.
Conventional power plants and power stations need to vacuum insulate power equipment, vacuum dry electrical equipment, and perform daily maintenance, so ordinary single-stage vacuum oil filters can be selected. For large-scale transmission and transformation voltage equipment above 110KV and the national main transformer grid, or for high requirements on oil withstand voltage, two-stage vacuum oil filters should be selected.
3. If the gas content in the oil is high, especially if acetylene gas needs to be strictly prohibited, a two-stage vacuum transformer oil filter is the best choice.
4. If the transformer oil is aged, and it is found that the acid value exceeds the standard or the color is dark, or the dielectric loss exceeds the standard, these special values need to be regenerated and restored, then you must consider using a vacuum oil filter first and then combining it with a BZ oil regeneration and decolorization device. Ordinary vacuum oil filters, no matter how well configured they are, cannot perform the regeneration and purification treatment involving these special values, and must be assisted by the adsorption device.
About accessory materials: The main body of the ordinary vacuum oil filter is high-carbon steel, and the consumables are stainless steel mat-shaped mesh filter materials (which can be cleaned and reused many times). The main body can be made of stainless steel for the oil pipeline according to the environment and injection requirements.
The main components of the oil pump and electrical related components can also be selected from domestic or imported brands, or explosion-proof is required.
