In addition to the dehydration, degassing, and impurity removal functions of general vacuum oil filters, this machine also has the function of regenerating inferior oil, which can effectively remove polar substances such as deep oxides and free carbon in the oil, and can restore the comprehensive indicators such as the antioxidant property, acid-base solubility, etc. of inferior oil. The purification and regeneration system adopts stereo evaporation technology to remove moisture, gas and impurities in transformer oil, and improve the oil's compressive strength and oil quality.
The breakdown voltage can be increased by 45KV after one filtration, and can reach 75KV after three filtrations, reducing the harm of oil aging caused by multiple heating and filtration of general oil filters.
The high-speed double-stage vacuum can meet the needs of vacuuming the transformer body at the installation or maintenance site, and at the same time complete the degassing, dehydration and decolorization of the transformer oil, greatly shortening the oil treatment period.
The sophisticated filtration system uses sintered felt and cast mesh filter elements produced in Japan; the ultra-high precision filter elements produced in the United States are encrypted step by step, multi-stage precision filtration, and the service life is more than 1 year (and can be used for backwashing).

The whole machine has a chain safety protection function. If the oil outlet pressure is too high, the oil inlet and heating system are linked, and the oil outlet pressure is too high and the operation error will automatically stop and alarm. The safety protection equipment works normally. The special precision oil pump is low-noise and meets environmental protection requirements.
A special decolorizer is used to remove the color of the dark aged transformer oil and regenerate it to a color similar to that of the new oil. A flexible unloading device is designed with a short time, quick effect and small amount. Decolorization under vacuum can greatly save the cost of regeneration and treatment, and the waste residue does not pollute the environment (can be used for building walls and paving), and is non-toxic and harmless.
