When it comes to oil-water separation, it refers to the lubricating oil vacuum filter, because the vacuum filter has the function of quickly removing harmful components such as moisture, impurities, and gas in the oil, improving the quality of oil products, restoring the performance of oil products, and ensuring the normal operation of hydraulic systems, power systems, and lubrication systems.
Lubricating oil vacuum filters are mainly used in machinery, metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry and other fields to purify lubricating oils such as hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, cooling oil, refrigeration oil, gear oil, turbine oil, and heat treatment oil.
When the lubricating oil vacuum filter is working, the oil to be purified enters from the oil inlet under the suction of the vacuum pump, first passes through the primary filter to intercept large particles of impurities, and then the oil enters the heating system. The heated oil enters the vacuum separator under the action of the vacuum pump, and passes through the diverging device to make the unit volume of oil produce a huge surface area.
The water in the oil is evaporated into water vapor under vacuum negative pressure, and the mixture formed by the gas is condensed into liquid through the water tank and cooler, and enters the water storage tank together. The remaining gas is pumped out by the vacuum pump. The purified oil is then filtered through a fine filter to remove tiny impurities under the action of oil.
This is the primary filtration process of the vacuum oil filter. If there is a lot of water in the oil, it will take multiple cycles to completely remove it.
