Requirements for oil viscosity when using oil purifier

During the use of the oil purifier, there are certain requirements for the viscosity of the oil, because the viscosity of the oil will decrease the efficiency of the equipment, and in severe cases, will affect the use of the equipment. For this reason, its requirements are introduced.

High viscosity oil cannot pass through the fine filter screen, and the accuracy needs to be reduced.

(1) The filter element is often blocked and needs to be cleaned or even replaced frequently.

(2) Increasing the shaft pressure allows the oil to pass through the filter screen faster, but it often damages the filter element.

(3) Adding a preheating oil tank, increasing the temperature, and reducing the viscosity.

Generally speaking, the filtration accuracy of the fine filter level is selected as follows:

(1) μm.

(2) Lubricating oil below 46﹟. 10~20μm.

(3) Internal combustion engine oil. Gear oil is selected from 20~50μm.
