Winter is cold, and transformer oil filter machines are inevitably affected by temperature differences and cannot work properly. How to solve this problem?

Because the oil inside the oil tank of the transformer oil filter machine has a high temperature, and the air outside the oil tank is low temperature, the hot air in the oil tank meets the cold air outside the oil tank, and it will condense into water droplets at the top of the oil tank and fall into the hydraulic oil. Over time, the hydraulic oil will mix with water, thus evolving into acidic substances and corroding the metal surface.

The treatment method is to use a transformer oil filter machine to filter the oil, and regularly check whether there are impurities in the oil tank and oil circuit in the mechanical equipment.

And when purifying the hydraulic oil, use an oil filter machine to purify it when changing the new oil, so that the old oil in the equipment can be purified and turned into new oil, and the new oil will not be contaminated.
