Solution to oil leakage of vacuum oil filter

One of the most common faults of the vacuum oil filter is oil leakage in the vacuum pump, which mainly occurs in the three positions of the vacuum pump oil window, oil tank gasket, and motor bearing shaft seal. The main reason is that the vacuum pump has been used for too long, causing these parts to age and seal failure, resulting in oil leakage and oil window leakage. It is because the vacuum pump has been used for too long, the oil window has aged and cracked, or the glue between the oil window and the oil tank has aged and failed, resulting in pump oil leakage. There are two oil seals on the motor shaft, the front oil seal and the rear oil seal.

Any aging fault will cause oil leakage. The oil tank adapter is connected to the motor, and there is a sealing ring at the connection between the oil tank and the adapter, which plays the role of sealing the oil tank. If it ages, it will also cause the vacuum pump to leak oil. In addition, there is a felt pad on the adapter to recover the pump oil. If it is full of oil, the vacuum pump will leak oil.

The vacuum oil filter can be operated unattended, and the operating status is displayed by the indicator light. The machine is humanized in design, with low noise, easy operation, long maintenance intervals, low energy consumption and low operating costs. The vacuum oil filter is equipped with interlocking safety protection, and the oil inlet is interlocked with the heating system to avoid adverse effects caused by misoperation. 

The heating system is safe and reliable, and is equipped with a safety protection device to prevent the heating system from burning without oil. The heating system is interlocked with the vacuum system and the oil discharge system.
