For the filtration of lubricating oil and insulating oil: In the era when there was no vacuum oil filter, only a plate oil filter was used for filtration. At that time, the insulating oil filtered by the plate oil purifier did not need very high voltage and low voltage levels to meet the requirements.

After the vacuum oil purifier appeared, its easy-to-use dehydration and degassing ability made the filtration effect of insulating oil better and faster. So far, the application of two-stage vacuum oil purifier has been favored by the maintenance work of lubricating oil (insulating oil filtration) in the power department.

After the lubricating oil has been running for some time, if the electrical indicators of the lubricating oil and insulating oil are unqualified due to various reasons, the oil needs to be filtered to improve its purity. The main reasons for the failure are excessive water, other impurities, hydrocarbon gases, etc.

Because the lubricating oil has been filled with oil and cannot be stopped at all, the oil is pumped out for filtration. Therefore, engine oil filtration can only be performed online. Oil filtration requires an external oil filter and an oil drain barrel. Put the new oil (oil that has passed the test and has passed the insulation and withstand voltage tests) into a clean oil drain barrel, connect the external oil filter to the oil drain barrel and the lubricating oil pipeline, and perform external circulation online oil filtering.

1. Online oil filtering should be carried out continuously, ensuring that it is carried out on sunny days with low air humidity. If conditions permit, it is still necessary to carry out 24-hour continuous operation.

2. The vacuum oil filter should have a certain power. Considering the size of your lubricating oil and the location of the oil conservator, the oil filter is too small and the oil cannot circulate.

3. The oil circulation starts from the upper opening valve of the oil conservator. After opening here, it is still necessary to wrap it well to prevent other debris from falling into the lubricating oil conservator during oil filtering.

4. After filtering the oil for a certain period, take an oil sample for testing. After the test is qualified, the oil filter can be stopped, and after the oil in the oil conservator is replenished, the upper check valve of the oil conservator is closed. After standing overnight, the lubricating oil can be sent to power operation.
