Reasons for foaming in mobile vacuum oil purifier

Oil purifiers are widely used in the fields of electricity, petrochemicals, aerospace, military manufacturing, machinery, ships, mining, metallurgy, railways, industrial hydraulic lubrication, etc. Now, some refineries, gas stations, oil production enterprises, etc., also need to use them. That is to say, as long as the oil in use or used oil, the oil purifier can be used to filter the oil online or offline to achieve the purpose of reducing costs, improving profits, saving energy and protecting the environment for enterprises.

When using a mobile vacuum oil purifier, there will occasionally be too much foam, which makes the portable oil purifier unable to be used normally. Many people are helpless about this. Let's talk about the causes and treatment methods of this phenomenon. One is caused by too much water and the other is caused by the operating principle of the oil purifier itself.

One is caused by too much water and the other is caused by the operating principle of the mobile vacuum oil purifier itself. It is normal for some bubbles to form during the treatment process. This is caused by the principle of the portable oil purifier. Generally, the mobile vacuum oil purifier adopts 3D evaporation technology to remove water from the oil. The water in the oil evaporates in a portable environment (the boiling point of water is lower than that of oil), turns into water vapor, and is released from the oil in the form of bubbles.

However, if the oil contains more water and the temperature is too high, the water in the oil quickly turns into water vapor, and the water vapor cannot be removed in time, it will show as foam accumulation on the surface of the oil, and even oil spraying. This may be due to the design defects of the portable oil purifier you are using. It does not correctly respond to the current high water content in your oil and defoam immediately.

If the air extraction volume of the oil purifier is too small, the nozzle of the sprayer (atomizer) is too large, and the water in the oil has not evaporated *, it will accumulate at the bottom of the portable tank, causing bubbles; solution: reduce the oil intake, close the oil inlet valve, reduce the oil entering the portable tank, and quickly evaporate and remove the water in the oil, which will reduce some bubbles.

There is another situation where, after the water-emulsified oil enters the portable flash tower, it evaporates at high temperature and forms foam. If the portable oil purifier you are using does not have a defoaming sensor control system, or the defoaming device is damaged, these foams will enter the oil tank or portable pump along with the circulation of the oil.
