The filtration accuracy standard of the oil purifier is a key indicator to measure its filtration capacity. It is usually expressed in microns (μm), which indicates the minimum particle size that the filter element can capture. Different application scenarios have different requirements for filtration accuracy. Common filtration accuracy standards are as follows:

1. Coarse filtration

- Accuracy range: 100μm - 10μm

- Application scenario: used for preliminary filtration, removing larger particles and impurities, and protecting subsequent precision filtration equipment.

2. Medium efficiency filtration

- Accuracy range: 10μm - 1μm

- Application scenario: suitable for general industrial equipment, removing medium-sized particles, and ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.

3. Precision filtration

- Accuracy range: 1μm - 0.1μm

- Application scenario: used for high-precision equipment, such as hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, etc., to remove tiny particles and improve oil cleanliness.

4. Ultra-precision filtration

- Precision range: 0.1μm - 0.01μm

- Application scenarios: Used in ultra-precision equipment, such as semiconductor manufacturing, aerospace, etc., to ensure high oil cleanliness.

5. Nanofiltration

- Precision range: 0.01μm and below

- Application scenarios: Used in fields with extremely high precision requirements, such as nanotechnology, biomedicine, etc., to remove nano-scale particles.

6. International standards

- ISO 4406: International Organization for Standardization oil cleanliness standard, which expresses the oil cleanliness level by particle counting method.

- NAS 1638: American National Aerospace Standard, used in the aerospace field, specifies the oil cleanliness level.

- SAE AS4059: American Society of Automotive Engineers standard, applicable to aerospace and defense industries.

7. Selection criteria

- Equipment requirements: select the filtration accuracy according to the equipment's requirements for oil cleanliness.

- Oil type: Different oils (such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil) have different requirements for filtration accuracy.

- Operating environment: A high-pollution environment requires a higher filtration accuracy, while a low-pollution environment can be appropriately reduced.

8. Maintenance and replacement

- Regular inspection: Check the filter element status regularly and replace it in time.

- Pressure difference monitoring: Monitor the filter element pressure difference. If the pressure difference is too large, the filter element needs to be replaced.

The filtration accuracy standard of the oil purifier varies according to the application scenario and equipment requirements. Choosing the appropriate filtration accuracy is crucial for the normal operation and life extension of the equipment.
