Maintenance and care of lubricating oil purifier

Lubricating oil purifier is an indispensable equipment in industrial lubrication systems. Lubricating oil purifier mainly processes unqualified industrial oil, such as mechanical oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, refrigeration oil, etc. It can quickly and effectively remove moisture, gas, impurities and volatiles (such as alcohol, gasoline, ammonia, etc.) in the oil, restore the viscosity, flash point and performance of the oil, and is of great significance to the purification of industrial lubricating oil.

When the lubricating oil purifier is not in use, it should be maintained and maintained, mainly from the following aspects:

When the oil purifier is started, care should be taken not to reverse the oil pump to avoid blowing out the oil pump shaft seal and causing air inhalation.

2. During use, the oil pump may inhale air, affecting the flow rate of the oil pump. To achieve the rated flow of the oil purifier and ensure the normal operation of the fine filter element, the exhaust valve should be opened in time to exhaust the air in the filter cartridge (that is, after the exhaust valve discharges oil), and the exhaust valve should be closed in time after exhausting.

3. After the oil purifier has been used for some time, if the surface of the coarse filter is seriously blocked by pollutants, the oil suction is not smooth, and the oil pump noise is too loud, the machine should be stopped and the filter element should be removed for cleaning.

After the fine filter element has been used for some time, it is easy to be gradually blocked by pollutants, causing the filter cartridge pressure to increase. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, the fine filter element needs to be replaced in time.

The oil suction and oil discharge hoses used should be kept clean at all times.

If the oil purifier cannot pump out oil, please check and determine: a. Whether the direction of the pump is correct; b. Whether the seals of each component between the oil tank and the oil suction port are reliable, whether the oil suction port is away from the oil surface or the oil has been sucked out; c. Whether the coarse filter element is blocked.

If the flow of the oil purifier is significantly reduced, please check and determine: a. Whether the coarse filter element and the fine filter element are seriously blocked; b. Whether the pump shaft oil seal is worn or blown out due to reversal.

If the filtration pressure drops suddenly, please check whether the fine filter element is punctured.
