How to safely operate the lubricating oil filter machine?
Preparation:
1. All parts of the oil filter machine have been adjusted and tested before leaving the factory. When transported to the site of use, check whether all parts are intact.
2. The oil filter machine is placed stably, the oil inlet is connected to the oil drain port at the bottom of the oil tank, and the oil outlet is connected to the upper part of the oil tank.
3. The oil filter machine is connected to the power supply and ground wire. The power distribution cabinet on the machine and the wiring of the oil pump, vacuum pump, and heater should be checked to ensure that the connection is firm and the insulation is reliable.
4. Test start the oil pump motor and observe whether it rotates clockwise (from the motor end). Otherwise, change the phase of the power supply.
5. When processing hydraulic oil and other mechanical oils online, it is necessary to appropriately add oil of the same brand to ensure that the oil level in the oil tank is normal.
Control panel operation procedure:
1. For the external wiring of the control panel, see the electrical wiring diagram. Connect 380V three-phase four-wire AC power from the lower left hole of the electric control cabinet, and the control panel housing must be reliably grounded.
2. Turn on the main power switch, and the power indicator on the control panel will light up, indicating that the power is connected.
3. When heating, turn on the temperature controller switch, and the red light will light up to indicate that it is in the ready-to-work state. Then turn the temperature control knob to the working temperature to make the heater start to heat the oil. When the oil temperature reaches the set temperature, the temperature controller automatically turns off the heater. Therefore, it has the function of automatic heating and constant temperature.
4. After stopping operation, disconnect the main power switch and then lock the control cabinet door.
Operation steps:
1. Connect the oil filter to the power supply, connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes, and according to the process flow chart, close all valves connected to the outside world (1, 9, 10, 13, 16, 17), open valves 2 and 4 (or 3 and 5, use two primary filters respectively, or use them at the same time), 6, 19 to form an oil filter passage.
2. Start the vacuum pump. When the vacuum reaches -0.07Mpa, slowly open the oil inlet valve 1 to allow the oil to gradually flow into the oil filter.
3. Observe the oil level on the vacuum separator. When the oil level reaches the float control point, open the oil outlet ball valves 12 and 19.
4. Start the oil pump (Note: The oil pump can only be started when the oil outlet valve is open, otherwise it is easy to cause the risk of pipe explosion.), and the oil is discharged from the oil outlet, so that the oil filter forms a circulating filtration. Adjust the oil inlet ball valve 1 so that the inlet and outlet oil volume reaches a basic balance, which is automatically controlled by the liquid level controller.
5. When the oil passes through the oil filter to form a normal circulation filtration (that is, when the inlet and outlet oil volume reaches a balance), the heater can be turned on. Set the temperature controller between 45 and 70°C (depending on the needs) to heat the oil at a constant temperature to ensure the normal degassing and dehydration of the vacuum separator.
6. When the oil filter* works normally, turn on the fan on the cooler to start the strong wind cooling system to ensure that the filtered water vapor and gas are cooled and precipitated in the water storage tank in the cooler.
7. After a period of operation, samples can be taken at the oil filter sampling valve for testing.
8. If the oil contains a large amount of water and forms an emulsified state, that is, emulsified oil, it can be demulsified and dehydrated through the water separator by opening the ball valve 7 and then closing the ball valve 6.
9. If the oil needs to be deeply treated, a certain amount of filter aid can be appropriately added to make the filtered oil clearer and more transparent.
Method: Put the filter aid (100 grams) into the hopper of the oil filter, then gradually open the hopper ball valve 21, automatically suck it into the vacuum separator through vacuum, and after self-stirring, inject it into the fine filter to form a dense coating to achieve the purpose of fine filtration.
Shutdown
When the oil treatment is completed or the operation needs to be stopped midway
1. First, reset the temperature controller and stop heating. After the oil filter continues to run for 3-5 minutes, close the oil inlet valve 1.
2. Turn off the vacuum pump and stop vacuuming.
3. Use the oil pump to drain the oil in the vacuum separator, and then turn off the oil pump.
4. Open the exhaust valve on the vacuum separator to release the vacuum, open the water storage valves 10 and 17 respectively, drain the residual oil or water inside, and open the valve 13 on the fine filter to remove the remaining impurities. Note: After draining, close the above valves for next use.
5. Special attention: In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button. At this time, the whole machine stops power supply and the machine is not powered on. If you want to restart the machine, you must rotate the emergency stop button clockwise to reset it before you can open the various control buttons on the oil filter for normal use.
Notes:
1. When the vacuum pump is working, pay attention to the oil condition shown on the oil mark (the oil should be on the oil mark line). If the vacuum pump oil is found to be too watery or too dirty, it should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the service life of the vacuum pump.
2. If it is found that there is a lot of water in the cooler during operation, it should be drained in time. First, close valve 15 and open valves 16 and 17, that is, water can be discharged from valve 17.
3. Always pay attention to the changes in the pressure gauge value. During the normal oil filtration process, if the pressure is found to be > 0.3MPa, the filter should be cleaned or the filter element should be replaced in time.
4. The filter screen of the primary filter should be removed and cleaned frequently to avoid blockage and insufficient oil inflow or excessive pressure. When it is found that the oil inflow of the oil filter machine becomes smaller, it means that the impurities in the filter screen of the primary filter have increased and need to be cleaned immediately.
5. During operation, pay attention to whether the operating noise of the pump and the corresponding motor is normal at any time. If abnormalities are found, they should be eliminated immediately to avoid burning the motor or affecting the life of the oil pump.
6. When the machine is not in use, the vacuum pump oil should be drained and new oil should be injected.
