Technological Process 

The used oil firstly passes through filter for mechanical impurities removing and then flown in to physicochemical reaction kettle and react with catalyst water solution under normal temperature and pressure. The catalyzed oil will be pumped in to intermittent distillation kettle, which will be distilled under vacuum to have water, fuel oil, different cuts of lube base oil fractions cooled and collected.
