Why does the oil filter vacuum pump leak oil?

The oil filter can quickly remove harmful components such as moisture, impurities, volatiles (such as ammonia) in the oil, improve the quality of the oil, and restore its performance.

However, while the vacuum oil filter brings clean energy to the enterprise, the faults encountered during use also give the enterprise a headache. The leakage of vacuum pump oil from the oil filter is one of the most common faults of the vacuum oil filter, which mainly occurs at the oil window of the vacuum pump, the gasket of the oil tank, and the shaft seal of the motor bearing.

The installation and commissioning of the vacuum oil filter manufacturer are as follows:

1. The machine should be placed flat on a horizontal ground;

2. Connect the power supply correctly and pay attention to the correct rotation direction of the vacuum pump;

3. Inject vacuum pump oil and keep the oil level at a normal position;

4. The vacuum pump motor is blocked and the oil pump motor has no point action.

5. When the vacuum gauge of the vacuum oil filter indicates a certain reading, close all valves and stop vacuuming. During this period, the vacuum gauge pointer should not ｄｒｏｐ for less than 1 minute, otherwise the leakage should be eliminated.

The vacuum pump window of the vacuum oil filter leaks oil because the vacuum pump has been used for a long time, causing the oil window to age, or the glue between the oil window and the oil tank to age and fail, causing the pump to leak oil.

The oil tank adapter is connected to the motor, and there is a sealing ring at the connection between the oil tank and the adapter to seal the oil tank. If the vacuum pump ages, it will leak oil; there are two oil seals on the motor shaft, which are the sealing rings at the connection between the oil tank and the oil tank, which play the role of sealing the oil tank; there are two oil seals on the motor shaft, and there are two oil seals on the oil seal. There is a sealing ring at the connection between the oil tank and the adapter, which plays the role of sealing the oil tank. If it ages, the vacuum pump will leak oil.

If the oil flow is not too large, you can use glue to seal the oil seal and the oil leak to solve it. It should be noted that you need to buy special glue for cars. If the oil flow is too large, use electric welding or special metal glue to seal all the gaps on the joints.
