Transformer oil vacuum purifier is a kind of equipment specially used for purifying transformer oil. It removes moisture, gas and impurities in the oil through vacuum dehydration, degassing and precision filtration to restore the performance of transformer oil. The following are the basic operating principles of transformer oil vacuum purifier:

1. Preparation before operation

1. Check the equipment:

- Check whether the various parts of the oil purifier (such as filter element, seal, pipeline, valve, etc.) are intact to ensure that there is no damage or looseness.

- Confirm that the filter element model and accuracy meet the requirements.

2. Check the oil:

- Confirm the type and degree of contamination of the transformer oil to be treated.

- Check whether there is a large amount of water or impurities in the oil, and pre-treat it if necessary.

3. Check the power supply and grounding:

- Make sure that the power supply voltage is consistent with the equipment requirements.

- Check whether the equipment is well grounded to prevent leakage.

4. Check the environment:

- Ensure that the working environment is well ventilated and away from fire and flammable materials.

- Clean the work area to prevent debris from affecting the operation.

2. Start the equipment

1. Connect the pipeline:

- Connect the oil inlet pipe to the oil source to be processed, and the oil outlet pipe to the oil storage tank or transformer.

- Make sure the pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.

2. Open the valve:

- Open the oil inlet valve and the oil outlet valve to ensure that the oil circuit is unobstructed.

3. Start the vacuum pump:

- Start the vacuum pump and observe whether the vacuum degree meets the requirements (usually -0.08MPa to -0.098MPa).

4. Start the oil pump:

- Start the oil pump and start the oil circulation.

5. Start the heater (if applicable):

- If heating is required, start the heater and set the temperature (usually 40℃-70℃) to avoid excessive temperature and oil oxidation.

3. Monitoring during operation

1. Observe the vacuum degree:

- Monitor the vacuum degree of the vacuum separation tank to ensure that it is within a reasonable range.

- If the vacuum degree is insufficient, check whether the vacuum pump and seals are normal.

2. Monitor the oil temperature:

- Control the oil temperature within the set range to avoid excessively high or low temperatures.

3. Check the filter element pressure difference:

- Monitor the inlet and outlet pressure difference of the filter element. If the pressure difference is too large, the filter element needs to be stopped and replaced.

4. Observe the oil state:

- Observe the color and transparency of the oil to ensure the filtering effect.

5. Record operation data:

- Record parameters such as vacuum degree, temperature, flow, pressure, etc. for subsequent analysis and maintenance.

4. Shutdown operation

1. Stop the heater:

- Before stopping, turn off the heater and stop heating.

2. Stop the oil pump:

- Turn off the oil pump and stop the oil circulation.

3. Stop the vacuum pump:

- Turn off the vacuum pump and release the vacuum.

4. Close the valve:

- Close the oil inlet valve and the oil outlet valve, and disconnect the pipeline.

5. Clean the equipment:

- Clean the oil stains on the surface and inside of the oil purifier to keep the equipment clean.

5. Maintenance and care

1. replace the filter element:

- replace the filter element regularly according to the usage to avoid clogging of the filter element and affecting the filtering effect.

2. Check the seal:

- Check the seal regularly for aging or damage and replace it in time.

3. Clean the equipment:

- Clean the inside and outside of the oil purifier regularly to keep the equipment clean.

4. Lubricate moving parts:

- Lubricate the moving parts of the oil purifier (such as pumps, motors, etc.) regularly to ensure smooth operation.

5. Calibrate instruments:

- Calibrate pressure gauges, thermometers and other instruments regularly to ensure accurate data.

6. Safety precautions

1. Fire and explosion prevention:

- When the oil purifier is working, keep away from fire and flammable materials.

- When used in flammable and explosive environments, an explosion-proof oil purifier must be selected.

2. Prevent burns:

- During the operation of the equipment, the heater and pipeline may be hot, avoid direct contact.

3. Prevent electric shock:

- Ensure that the equipment is well grounded during operation to avoid leakage.

- Do not operate the equipment with wet hands or when standing on wet ground.

4. Wear protective equipment:

- Wear protective equipment such as gloves and goggles during operation to prevent oil from splashing on the skin or eyes.

5. Emergency stop:

- If the equipment is abnormal (such as abnormal noise, oil leakage, overheating, etc.), press the emergency stop button immediately.

Summary

The operating principles of the transformer oil vacuum oil purifier include preparation before operation, starting the equipment, monitoring during operation, shutdown operation, maintenance and safety precautions. Correct operation and maintenance can not only improve the filtering effect, but also extend the life of the equipment and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment. Operators should be familiar with the equipment manual and operate strictly in accordance with the regulations to avoid equipment damage or accidents caused by improper operation.
