How to solve the problem of loud noise when the oil purifier is running?

Time:2025-02-10 10:12:28  Reading volume:

The abnormal increase in noise during the operation of the oil filter may be caused by many reasons, which need to be gradually investigated and solved. The following are common reasons and solutions:

1. Mechanical vibration

- Cause: The equipment is not installed stably, the anchor bolts are loose, or the base is not firm.

- Solution:

- Check the base of the equipment to ensure stable installation.

- Tighten the anchor bolts and install shock-absorbing pads if necessary.

- Adjust the position of the equipment to ensure levelness.

2. Pump or motor failure

- Cause: Pump or motor bearing wear, rotor imbalance or poor coupling alignment.

- Solution:

- Check the bearings of the pump and motor and replace them if necessary.

- Check the balance of the rotor and recalibrate it.

- Adjust the coupling alignment to ensure concentricity.

3. Vacuum pump problem

- Cause: Insufficient vacuum pump oil, deterioration of oil quality or foreign matter entering the pump.

- Solution:

- Check the vacuum pump oil level and add or replace new oil.

- Clean the inside of the vacuum pump and remove foreign matter.

- Check whether the blades of the vacuum pump are worn and replace them if necessary.

4. Pipeline or valve problems

- Cause: The pipeline is loose, the valve is not fully opened, or there is air in the pipeline.

- Solution:

- Check the pipeline connection and tighten the loose parts.

- Make sure the valve is fully open to avoid throttling noise.

- Remove the air in the pipeline to ensure that the oil circuit is unobstructed.

5. Filter element blockage

- Cause: The filter element blockage causes poor oil flow and increases the load of the pump.

- Solution:

- Check the filter element status and replace the blocked filter element in time.

- Clean the filter element regularly to avoid excessive contamination.

6. Oil problem

- Cause: The oil viscosity is too high or contains a lot of impurities, which increases the operating load of the equipment.

- Solution:

- Check the oil viscosity and heat it to reduce the viscosity if necessary.

- Filter the oil and remove impurities.

7. Equipment aging

- Cause: Long-term operation of the equipment causes parts to wear or loosen.

- Solution:

- Check the various parts of the equipment and replace the worn parts.

- Perform comprehensive maintenance on the equipment and overhaul it if necessary.

8. Environmental factors

- Cause: The environment around the equipment is noisy or resonant.

- Solution:

- Move the equipment to a quiet environment to avoid resonance.

- Install sound insulation materials around the equipment.

Summary

The reasons for the abnormal increase in noise may involve mechanical vibration, pump or motor failure, vacuum pump problems, pipe blockage, filter problems, oil problems, or equipment aging. By gradually troubleshooting and taking corresponding measures, the problem can be effectively solved and the normal operation of the equipment can be restored. If the problem is complicated, it is recommended to contact professional technicians for maintenance.
