1. Filtration capacity

- Flow rate: usually expressed in liters per minute (L/min) or cubic meters per hour (m³/h), indicating the amount of oil processed per unit time.

- Common range: 50 L/min to 500 L/min.

- Processing volume: The total amount of oil processed in a single time, usually in liters (L) or cubic meters (m³).


2. Filtration accuracy

- Filtration accuracy: refers to the minimum particle size that the oil purifier can filter, usually expressed in microns (μm).

- Common range: 1 μm to 50 μm.

- High-precision oil purifiers can reach less than 1 μm.

- Filtration level: According to the filtration accuracy, it is divided into coarse filtration, medium filtration and fine filtration.


3. Working pressure

- Rated working pressure: The pressure range of the oil purifier during normal operation, usually expressed in megapascals (MPa) or bar.

- Common range: 0.3 MPa to 0.6 MPa.

- Maximum working pressure: The highest pressure that the equipment can withstand. Exceeding this pressure may cause equipment damage.


4. Filter plate and filter frame

- Material: Usually high-strength plastic, cast iron or stainless steel.

- Quantity: The number of filter plates and filter frames determines the filtration area and filtration efficiency.

- Common number: 10 to 30 pairs.

- Size: The size of the filter plate and filter frame affects the amount of oil processed at a single time.

- Common size: 200 mm × 200 mm to 600 mm × 600 mm.


5. Filter paper

- Material: Wood pulp filter paper, synthetic fiber filter paper or mixed filter paper are usually used.

- Filter accuracy: The accuracy of the filter paper directly affects the filtering effect.

- Common accuracy: 1 μm to 50 μm.

- Replacement frequency: Regularly replace according to the degree of oil contamination and the amount of filtration.


6. Motor power

- Power: The power of the motor driving the oil pump, usually expressed in kilowatts (kW).

- Common range: 0.75 kW to 7.5 kW.

- Voltage: Usually 220V or 380V, selected according to the equipment model and regional standards.


7. Working temperature

- Applicable oil temperature: The oil temperature range that the oil purifier can handle.

- Common range: 10°C to 80°C.

- Heating function: Some oil purifiers are equipped with heaters to reduce oil viscosity and improve filtration efficiency.


8. Water removal capacity

- Dehydration efficiency: the proportion of water that the oil purifier can remove for water-containing oil.

- Common range: 90% to 99%.

- Dehydration method: remove water by adsorption on filter paper or heating evaporation.


9. Equipment size and weight

- Dimensions: length, width and height of the equipment, usually expressed in millimeters (mm).

- Weight: the overall weight of the equipment, usually expressed in kilograms (kg) or tons (t).


10. Other technical indicators

- Noise level: the noise level when the equipment is running, usually expressed in decibels (dB).

- Common range: ≤75 dB.

- Sealing performance: The sealing performance of the equipment directly affects the filtering effect and the risk of oil leakage.

- Automation level: Some high-end equipment is equipped with an automatic control system, which can realize automatic filtering, automatic slag discharge and other functions.


11. Applicable oil type

- Oil type: Applicable to transformer oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, etc.

- Oil viscosity: The viscosity range of oil that the equipment can handle, usually expressed in centistokes (cSt).


12. Safety performance

- Overload protection: The equipment is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent motor damage.

- Pressure protection: The equipment is equipped with a pressure gauge and a safety valve to prevent excessive pressure.
