The two-stage vacuum oil filter is equipped with PLC-controlled filter cloth automatic cleaning devices such as washing machines, pneumatic nozzles, etc. The operation of the self-cleaning device depends on factors such as the signal feedback of each control part, the sensitivity and stable switching of the hydraulic valve, and the constant pressure in the compressed air source.
In actual operation, when each component deteriorates, it is difficult for the oil filter machine to ensure the automatic cleaning of the filter cloth. Remove the filter cloth one by one with an artificial filter, immerse it in 5% hydrochloric acid for 0.5 hours, and then rinse it with an industrial washing machine, dehydrate and dry it. When the treated mud has a high oil content, it indicates that the oil film attached to the surface of the filter cloth can be restored by chemical washing to restore the performance of the filter cloth.
During the unloading process, the filter cake often falls on the guide rail of the entire plate, destroying and deteriorating the lubrication state of the Chongqing oil filter and the entire plate mechanism binding machine. After the oil filter has been operated for one year, open the chain covers on both sides to clean the accumulated mud, and at the same time remove the chain, immerse it in oil, and clean the kerosene.
