With the self-excited vibration defoaming technology, the vacuum oil filter has a long-term working electronic vacuum gauge measurement value of -70Pa without foam rising in the vacuum tank.

At present, low-priced, low-priced, backward vacuum oil filter manufacturers on the market usually use infrared defoaming devices, proximity switches, capacitive switches, oil bubble sensors, etc., thereby reducing the vacuum and achieving the purpose of defoaming. The air intake of the solenoid valve gives a signal through the switch to reduce the vacuum, thereby achieving the purpose of defoaming, and is widely used in special low-end oil filters. However, during the defoaming process, the vacuum degree will be reduced, which is time-consuming and power-consuming, not energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and the oil purification effect cannot be achieved in a short time.
