The dehydration oil filter is a new type of oil treatment equipment. It effectively removes water, impurities, particles and tiny bubbles in oil products through a series of advanced physical and chemical methods, and restores the cleanliness and original performance of oil products. In actual application, the working process of the dehydration oil filter includes four process stages: particle filtration, coalescence, sedimentation and separation. 


The oil first enters the coalescence separator after filtering out the particulate pollutants from the primary filter. Under the action of the coalescence filter element, the free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into larger water droplets, and then sink into the water storage tank under the action of gravity. Then, the oil passes through the separation filter element, and the water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element, coalescing with each other until they sink into the water storage tank due to gravity. Finally, the purified oil is discharged from the outlet to achieve the function of removing water.


The advantages of the dehydration oil filter are not only its efficient dehydration and filtration performance, but also its intelligent operation characteristics. The equipment can realize online operation and automatic control without manual supervision, which greatly improves work efficiency and safety.
