Oil Lubricating Station DPCS

Application

DPCS series thin oil lubrication station is widely applied to supply lubricant to friction sections such as reducing mechanism, bearings of a main motor and so on in metallurgical, mineral, building material, petro-chemical and electrical fields.  This oil lubrication station consists of a gear pump unit (2sets), a double tube mesh filter, oil cooler, oil box, valves and some pipes. The lubrication station is in integral structure, a lubrication station and an electronic control box forms as a whole system.

Description

Thin oil lubrication station consist of oil tank, oil pump, cartridges of binocular net type oil filter, magnetic filter net, cooler, electrical instrumentation control device, pipeline, valve, etc

At working, oil sucked from tank by gear is sent to equipment points directly through check valve, binocular net type oil filter, oil cooler. The highest oil supply pressure of station is 0.4MPa, the lowest is 0.1MPa. according to lubricating points’ requires, working pressure is fixed by adjusting safety valve. When the working pressure of oil station surpasses the setting pressure of safety valve, safety valve will open automatically; extra oil will flow back into tank.
